Kaori Sasaki, Japan’s leading expert on diversity management, has produced the International Women’s Business Conference, Japan’s preeminent diversity conference, since 1996. She created the “Diversity Index,” which quantifies the relationship between an organization’s diversity and its corporate

She trains top executives on diversity management and has given over 2000 lectures both in Japan and overseas,
