『Creadom8』制作スタジオ開設により、ショートアニメだけでなく通常のTVシリーズや劇場版も 制作可能な体制を構築！
2024年10月にショートアニメおよびキャラクターの企画・プロデュースを中心に事業をスタートした『株式会社Creadom8（クリエイダムエイト）（東京都新宿区、代表取締役：尾崎雅之）』が、2025年8月1日付で「東京コンテンツインキュベーションセンター（東京都中野区）」（以下、TCIC）内に本社を移転し、制作スタジオを開設することとなりました。また、これを機にこれまで掲げていた
「ミッション」に加えて「ビジョン」と「バリュー」を新たに制定致しました。

■本社移転の背景：
ここ数年の作品数増加により、アニメーションの制作ラインの確保が困難を極める状況となっております。当社は昨年の事業開始以来、コンテンツの企画とプロデュースのみを行い、アニメーション制作につきましては他の制作スタジオへの委託というかたちを取って参りましたが、昨今の状況を受けて、
安定的な企画開発およびスムーズな製作委員会の組成等を行うために、自社制作スタジオの構築が必要だと判断するに至りました。
今後は、通常のTVアニメーションシリーズの制作も手掛けて参ります。また、ライセンス事業や自社での商品化事業および新規事業の立ち上げも計画しており、スタッフの増員も見込んでおります。
TCICというコンテンツ系スタートアップが集う素晴らしい環境のなかで有機的な交流を行い、スタッフ同士のコミュニケーションを活性化し、新規IPの創出および新規事業の推進を加速して参ります。

＜代表者略歴＞
1970年大阪府生まれ。
大阪大学卒業後、株式会社住友銀行に入行。支店営業を経て本店でのキャピタルマーケット部門において保有証券のポートフォリオ管理やストラクチャードファイナンス等を手掛ける。2000年、株式会社ギャガ・コミュニケーションズに入社。主にハリウッド映画の買付とジョイントベンチャーの組成、
国内配給・プロデュースを行い、グローバル市場における映像ビジネスの経験を積む。
2004年、株式会社サンライズに入社し、アニメーションの企画・製作・プロデュースを行うと共に、取締役として国内および海外へのライセンス業務を統轄する。
「TIGER & BUNNY」等のオリジナル作品を中心にヒットを創出しながら、2010年にはライブエンターテインメント子会社の設立に参画。自らアニメ作品の舞台化やミュージカル化を手掛け、ショウビズのプロデュースにも従事する。
2015年、株式会社サンライズを分社化し、株式会社バンダイナムコピクチャーズを設立。2022年まで代表取締役社長を務める。
その後、株式会社バンダイナムコミュージックライブの設立に参画。渋谷に2,000人収容の劇場を建設するプロジェクトを指揮し、2024年4月、株式会社バンダイナムコベースとして同プロジェクトを法人化。

Anime Company ‘Creadom8’, Founded by the former President & CEO of Bandai Namco Pictures, to Relocate to Tokyo Content Incubation Center and Open New Studio
Creadom8 Inc. (Head office: Shinjuku, Tokyo; CEO: Masayuki Ozaki), a new anime company
established in October 2024 with a focus on planning and producing short animations and
character-based content, will relocate its headquarters and open an in-house animation studio at the Tokyo Content Incubation Center (TCIC) in Nakano, Tokyo, effective August 1, 2025.

■Background to the Relocation
In recent years, the growing volume of anime productions has made it increasingly difficult to secure reliable animation production pipelines. Since its establishment, Creadom8 has focused solely on content planning and production, outsourcing animation to external studios.
However, due to industry circumstances, the company has determined that building
an in-house studio is essential to ensure stable development and streamlined formation of
production committees (anime industry funding consortiums).
We also plan to begin producing full-length TV animation series in the future. In addition, we
are preparing to expand into licensing, in-house merchandising, and the launch of new
business ventures. These initiatives are expected to require staff expansion. By locating within TCIC, a hub for content startups, the company aims to foster organic collaboration and
invigorate communication among its team, accelerating the creation of original IP and the
launch of new initiatives.

■Profile: Masayuki Ozaki, CEO
Born in 1970 in Osaka, Japan. After graduating from Osaka University, Ozaki joined Sumitomo Bank, where he worked in branch operations and later managed portfolios and structured
finance at the headquarters’ capital markets division.
In 2000, he joined GAGA Communications, where he handled acquisition and distribution of
Hollywood films and joint ventures, building extensive experience in the global entertainment business.
In 2004, he moved to Sunrise Inc., producing and licensing original anime works such as
“TIGER & BUNNY” and later served as a board member overseeing international licensing.
In 2010, he helped launch a live entertainment subsidiary, producing anime-based stage plays and musicals.
In 2015, Ozaki led the spin-off of Sunrise into Bandai Namco Pictures Inc., serving as its
founding President & CEO until 2022. He later helped launch Bandai Namco Music Live Inc.,
overseeing the construction of a 2,000-seat theater in Shibuya and incorporating it as
Bandai Namco Base Inc. in 2024.
In October 2024, he founded Creadom8 Inc., embarking on a new journey to produce anime
and character-driven entertainment.
