【提携内容と期待される効果】
これまでプロセントはホテル等を中心に訪日外国人旅行者向けサービスを提供してきましたが、今回の業務提携により、Apartment Japanの契約システムと連携することで、日本に中長期滞在する外国人居住者にも同サービスを拡大して提供できるようになります。
具体的には、Apartment Japanを通じて賃貸契約を行った入居者へオンライン診療の案内を行い、あらかじめ物件情報をMimipo for Travelと共有することで、利用時に迅速でスムーズな対応を実現します。
さらに、加盟不動産会社への周知や掲載物件の付加価値として活用することで、外国人入居者に『医療の安心』を提供しつつ、掲載物件の魅力向上にもつなげていきます。

At-home completion of consultations： No need to travel or wait. The appropriate medical department is determined by the doctor, and the consultation is completed online.

Prescription and pharmacy support： Prescriptions are automatically sent to nearby pharmacies, and explanations are provided in the patient’s native language. Emergency transport arrangements can also be made if necessary.
【Partnership Details and Expected Outcomes】
Until now, Prosent has mainly provided this service to inbound foreign travelers through hotels. With this partnership, by linking Mimipo for Travel with Apartment Japan’s leasing system, the service will be expanded to foreign residents staying mid- to long-term in Japan.
Specifically, Apartment Japan tenants will be guided to use Mimipo’s online medical consultations, and by sharing property information in advance with Mimipo for Travel, a faster and smoother response can be ensured at the time of use.
