このたび、私たちは「一般社団法人 野中郁次郎研究所（以下、当法人）」を設立いたしました。
当法人は、経営学者野中郁次郎のレガシーを守り、継承・発展させ、世のため人のため役立てること、また広義の安全保障領域でのシンクタンクとして社会変革にコミットすることを目的として活動してまいります。
We are pleased to announce the official establishment of the General Incorporated Association “The Ikujiro Nonaka Institute” (hereafter referred to as “the Association”) on July 25, 2025. The Association was founded with the purpose of protecting, inheriting, and developing the legacy of Prof. Ikujiro Nonaka in order to contribute to society. We are also committed to serving as a think tank in the broad field of national security, working to bring about positive social change.

当法人の活動を通じて、世のため人のため、野中郁次郎が提唱した知識創造理論を1000年の視野で守り、野中の生き方と哲学を次世代に継承し、機動的にスクラムを組みながら、全人類の新しい価値創造の実践を支援することを目指してまいります。

【今後の展望】
今後は国内外のさまざまなパートナーとスクラムを組んで連携しながら、安全保障領域（DIME＋T）における産官学民軍の人材育成プログラムや研究会の企画・運営、シンポジウム等の開催、記念館の開設・運営、イノベーション組織やリーダーを表彰する野中賞の創設、その他研究事業、支援活動などをグローバルに展開予定です。
Future Plans:
Going forward, we plan to collaborate with domestic and international partners to conduct both customized and open executive education programs and research groups for industry, government, academia, civil, and military in the security area (DIME+T), and hold symposiums and develop a memorial hall project, establish the Nonaka Prize to recognize innovation organizations and leaders, and plan to conduct other research projects in supporting activities globally.
